Email us at info@lonerockconcepts.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within one business day and ship your replacement promptly.

Shipping

FREE shipping on all kits within the USA. Orders typically ship within 1 business day. Estimated delivery 3 to 8 days depending on location. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items can be opened and used, as long as they come back in like new condition with all components included. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item we issue a full refund to the original payment method.
