How long until I receive my kit?
Typically your order will arrive 5-7 business days after it is placed.

How much is shipping going to be?
FREE! As of right now we are offering free shipping on all orders over $70 in the U.S.A. Which means any of our complete Adapter Kits W/ Overland Water Pump will come with shipping included in the price.

How long will the battery last until it needs to be charged?
The battery life of our pumps is approximately 20-30 gallons or 30 days, whichever comes first.

Does the kit come with everything I need?
Yes. As long as you have the correct water container for the kit you selected, you will have everything you need when you receive your order.

Does the kit come with a warranty?
Yes! All of our kits come with a hassle free lifetime warranty. We do not see issues with 99% of our kits but if for some reason something isn't right just send us an email with pictures to info@lonerockconcepts.com and we will be sure to get you taken care of.

Does the kit include the water container?
No. None of our kits include a water container. They are only kits that attach to water containers you purchase separately.

Does the kit filter water as well?
No. Our kits are not currently designed to filter water, however we are looking at potential filtration options for the future.

I don't see a kit for my water container, will any of the kits work with mine?
Maybe. Some kits will work with containers not listed on the website. To know for sure send an email with pictures of the container you own to info@lonerockconcepts.com and we will be happy to inform you whether or not one of our kits will work with your water container.

What if I forget to turn the pump off while camping?
No worries, our pump is designed with mishaps in mind. If you don't turn off the pump it will automatically do so after 30 seconds of pumping.

Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We ship all across the world. Keep in mind, import duties and taxes are not covered in the cost of the Adapter Kits and Overland Water Pumps so you will be responsible for your countries rates upon delivery.
